Q: What is a "Reading"
A: A Reading is a term used to indicate the the "reader" is tuning in with spiritual energies to bring forth information. There are different types of readings, some people give physic readings, some mediumistic and other styles. Some practitioner read palms, do numerology, or even Astrology. Back to top
Q: What separates you from other readers or Mediums?
A: There is no right or wrong reader or medium. For me it is the question of intention. For example, consider for a moment that a traditional spiritualist who is a medium. In that religion, the purpose of mediumship is to prove the continuity of life. For me, the purpose of medumship is to bring information that is healing. For some, the messenger is the most important part of the reading, for me, the message is more important. I am not saying that all other readers are like this, but many are.
In addition, some readers are more physic than they are a medium. This means that they may be tapping into your auric field and picking up information as opposed to going to spirit. In my training we have learned to go to spirit for the message, and then reinforce it by bringing in a loved one.
Weather it is with me, or with someone else pick a reader that resonates with you. Different readers may be more appropriate for different purposes. If you are looking for only spirit contact, I can tell you right now I am not the most effective reader for you. Though I do bring in spirit, it is not the main focus of my readings. If you are looking to Heal, do inner work, and grow spiritually, then our intentions are congruent, and our time together will be far more effective. Back to top
Q: Why do you charge?
A: I charge for my time because my time has value. I have spent a great deal of time, energy and money to develop who I am. I have changed my life style, committing to daily prayer and meditation, daily inventory, and constant inner work. I do this to be the most effect healer, reader, and teacher as possible. I understand that not everyone has the money to pay for a reading. There are a number of free options for readings/healings that I participate it. There are several Healing events which you can review under the Events tab on the main menu. Also at the Spiritualist churches in the area, there are Healing sessions offered during the service as well as public message work. You may also contact me directly with your needs and situation and we may be able to come to an arrangement for services. Back to top
Q: Can anyone learn how to do this?
A: Make a commitment. Do daily meditation. Read everything you can find. Find a Teacher. Maintain daily discipline in your learning. Never give up! If you can afford to, I highly recommend the training program at Fellowships of the Spirit in Lily Dale New York. The first course they offer is Spiritual Insight Training I. If you decide to pursue this, please e-mail them after you register, and let them know you were referred by Hank Setala. They issue me a credit to be used for future classes as a thank you for referring people to the program. If you know someone else that is a graduate of the program, you can give their name instead to give them a credit for future classes. Back to top
Q: What do you teach?
A: I offer talks and classes on the Law of attraction, Staying in your heartspace, Reiki I through Master level, basic aromatherapy, meditation, metaphysics and much more. If you have a particular need let me know. Cost depends on if you are hosting the event, or ask that I do. A minimum of five people is required to hold a class.
